The Mauzac and Len de l'El grapes are hand harvested to ensure optimal ripeness. Natural winemaking without the addition of sulfur, combined with fermentation in barrels and tanks, gives this wine a beautiful authenticity. Thanks to low yields, the aromas are concentrated and preserved.
