Consider its card type, any effects that modify when you could cast it (such as flash) and any other effects that stop you from casting it (such as from Meddling Mages ability) to determine if and when you can do this

Bringing stuff back as a 1/1 Spirit with a finality counter isnt the absolute best rate for this effect especially compared to my favorite Redemption Choir but its still really good with haste from the CZ

Over the coming weeks, you may notice some visual changes to Gatherer as you browse your favorite cards, search for obscure combos, or dive into Magic 's deep card history

I actually think it was smart to broaden its appeal outside of Assassin typal decks, because otherwise these cards would not see much play at all

Its a little expensive, but its pretty solid at protecting your board in that specific strategy
