The best part of Toski is that they come with the incredibly strong ability to force their way through being countered in any way

As such, these ring cards will only be playable in Commander and even have a little LTC stamp in the corner

I also worry that shutting down the obvious means of distribution isnt enough

With that in mind, this card was always likely to be among the generations most memorable
