Its stats are 3/1 so it dies easily, but its basically a Lightning Strike that you can keep casting every turn and you know it can get through for the damage if youre swinging into a clear board

Hard to find the space for it and an incredibly slow card but none the less, a highly versatile and useful one

They arent quite evergreen, but I expect to see them any time we get a lot of vehicles, or any time it might make sense from a story perspective

It would be excellent in a Simic lands-matter deck, like Tatyova, the Benthic Druid or Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait
