Teferi's last ability means that in order for an opponent to cast a spell, it must be that opponent's turn, during a main phase, and the stack must be empty
Only by using Torrential Tribute to wipe the card from the field could they have the hope of prolonging a match that many assumed was over as soon as the card was summoned
The action description on the card states that when the player casts a noncreature spell they can put a +1/+1 counter on any other Dorat cards, which due to the cards already having 1/1 stats would mean that the player would need to play a lot of the same Dorat cards to be any threat to their opponents.
But if Worlds Smallest decides to make new, mini Magic products in the future, it could make these initial decks more valuable
Its one of four prototype cards produced by Wizards of the Coast to convince Nintendo that a Pokmon trading card game was a good idea
Last edited: #2 Okay so they DO intend for you to play the Kanto Eevees as one deck going off the energy counts, wonder how the others will shape up with unique counts
