Touch screen implementation matches Cings effort
Whenever an artifact needs some generic counters to keep track of some mechanic, the usual default are charge counters, as seen on Everflowing Chalice, Black Market, or Door of Destinies: Basically, charge counters are used to keep track of something that matters to the permanent in question (how many times you kicked Everflowing Chalice, how many creatures Black Market has seen die, etc.)
send 1 card you control to the GY, and if you do, Special Summon that monster
