mtg fallout commander decks Universes Beyond: All MTG Fallout Commander decks:

Enchanted creature has vigilance as long as you control a black or green permanent

Although he's powerful enough to pursue godhood as other liches have done, Acererak has no interest in being a god or being worshiped

The deck is surprisingly powerful, able to quickly flood the table with a huge token army that keep you safe and finish off your opponents with lethal combats, but also has some incredible consistency in card draw, interaction, and protection (Ferrous himself comes protected by common removal spells like Swords to Plowshares!)

If you exert him and pay two ink, you can play any character of yours for free

Paired with Dawn of Hope, Archivist of Oghma can be twice as practical thanks to gaining you life

I'd just put it in the 99, not in the 15
