Scrooge works on play to buff their Lore, which is better for fast play or closing out the game

Cid, Timeless Artificer is really strong in multiples but mediocre on its own (note that Weapons Vendor is an artificer for it)

Be Prepared is a striking example of just how much can be achieved with these cards, as its ability simply banishes all characters

The game essentially forces you to play your cards out as soon as youre able just to keep up with your opponent
