Yes, the Isle of Islay is better known for their scotch making. But, the wonderful water and natural ingredients that abound on the island don't make a wonderful gin like The Botanist such a surprise! The eighth largest isle in the British Isles is damp and rocky but lush. And, it's boundless flora made it a natural
