strapless velvet dress Chantal Gown- Black 6 fitted waist sits atop a lightly structured skater skirt that falls to a cute mini hem Portia and Scarlett Strapless Velvet

This also means that terracotta bridesmaid dresses are flattering on so many different skin tones and complexions

(Though I do admit to often coming back and adding a hem after an item has been worn a time or two.) And for those who will be emailing to ask if you can sew this with quilting cotton, lol, yes, you probably can if you split the back bodice down the middle and add an extra seam allowance and a button placket

Still, now that social gatherings are kicking off for the summer, I'm willing to try a few fashion finds I normally wouldn't if it means giving my wardrobe a must-needed upgrade
